I’m Rona and I’ve been a qualified PilatesFOUNDATION teacher for the last 18 years.
Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on improving postural alignment, core strength, and muscle balance. It looks like easy stretches, but Pilates will feel like a workout and you will feel the benefits.
I offer general classes, as well as tailored classes for older ladies and gents. I also offer rehabilitation Pilates which can help after Physiotherapy treatment.
